The ultimate countryside location for your next event. The property boasts 12,000 sqm and is located directly on the Friedlander Ström (Alter Oder). The restored barn (280 sqm) is perfect for indoor events, complete with sound system, bar/kitchen and stage.

The outdoor is a green canvas of open space to transform based on your event needs. With green fields surrounding the property, there are no noise concerns to hamper your event. 

For those who want to plan an event over a longer period, the property comes with 3 apartments for on-site stays along with enough grounds for camping. During your event, no external guests will be housed on the property.

Amenities include free WIFI, catering dishes, cutlery and glasses, a table tennis board, croquet set, kayaks, outdoor lounge seating, indoor/outdoor dining tables with chairs or benches and an outdoor barbeque grill.

Pricing includes rental fee for the property/barn. Additional costs will be added for the apartments should you like to include the use of them during your event.

We are conveniently located just 1 hour, 15 minutes from the heart of Berlin. Charter bus transportation can be arranged for large groups to and from Berlin.

Whether you are looking to host a birthday, anniversary, yoga retreat, wedding or company team event, we are here to support (external catering partner, consultation on event concept/decoration) you to ensure your event can be customized to your needs.
